I am assuming it will start after Zumbo finishes. It just says after the Olympics on their sites. I am trying to remember what days it is usually on. Ch7 certainly on a downer with their shows atm. I have not turned ch9 on since the change from win in country except state of origin. Win TV and ten seen to be the big winner in that war.

Zumbo wasn’t too bad last night (the bits I saw in the Survivor ads, that is). I quite enjoyed them making the kids’ cakes, but thankfully did not see any judging.
There it goes, another week end spent with baking… We had another game launch yesterday, this time World of Warcraft: Legion. Tons of greens and black gel coloring used as that is pretty much the color scheme.

Fabulous, Zhee. What flavour is the big green one? I made a Tim Tam cheesecake for Mr Juz’s birthday this week but it was attacked before I could take a photo.
Thanks. 🙂 The green cake was a lime curd filling (it really tasted like lime) and it was covered with colored mascarpone. I wanted to do a mirror glaze but decided to go easy and frost it in felfire colors.
Sometimes I do not take pics because the stuff doesn’t look nice enough.

Currently I am working on a cow cake and did my first model made completely from fondant. Looks a bit wonky but it’s kinda cute. Hopefully my co-worker like it in the end. 😉

Thanks, was a 4 day work out for me. 😉 With some minor catastrophes. Like burning isomalt. Turning batter into a brick. Exploding pastry bags with licorice frosting all over me. 😀
In the end, everything was devoured within a few hours by the hungry hordes in the office.
The nicest thing was, that actually that day several people approached me and asked if I would bake a cake for them and they pay for it.
There you go, your new business has begun. I just bought a lovely cherry ripe cheesecake.

You missed a rip snorter. I think it was the best JJ ever. Those were two smart arses on each end. Real smart mouths. I thought for a minute that Judy had met her match. Silly me.
The one in the middle was just ‘wrong place, wrong time’ I think. Going along with bad company.
One in middle admitted at the end he had pssd on the flag and he thought it was hysterical. I don’t think she got through to them at all. They were horrors.
I thought she was going to have to send Byrd in with his knuckle dusters and truncheon, but she dealt them the final blow with, “You want to walk home, boys?”
Ot’s way not ready yet or how I want it but a start has been made on our pop up shop.

On the Jean-bonnet show….I don’t like when crimes are ‘solved’ by having the guilty person in mind then trying to prove it. I have seen too many Death Row Stories where the ‘experts’ were wrong…and don’t get me started on the experts on Married at First Sight. I think we can agree by now that they are not experts.
On both nights , the glittering panel of experts couldn’t keep me awake til the end of the show. I was asleep like I’d been hit with a flashlight. By the time Karl and Lisa are done with reheating it, I’ll want to garotte myself.
How are these better experts than those who had Lindy Chamberlain in jail? Technology has improved but I’m not sold on improvements in “experts”. I’ve watched too many CSI’s, possibly..
I’ve got my eyes peeled for the upcoming Dr.Phil interview with the son, Ryan. I’ll try and be an expert here and venture that the son is on autism spectrum.
